Can you recommend the right fleet telematics (GPS tracking) for us?

We do not provide recommendations, but can introduce you to our partners who can recommend products to address your needs.

The product you have installed is not working, can you fix it?

If the product is within the warranty period, you can contact the supplier for assistance. If it is out of warranty, we can schedule a service call to attend the vehicle.

Do your technicians carry spare parts?

It depends on the product, but generally we work with our partners to ensure we will have parts on hand to service their equipment.

Some of our GPS units are not tracking, what should we do?

In the first instance it is best to contact the provider of your GPS telematics as they may be able to fix the issue over the air. If they advise a technician visit is required, we will be more than happy to assist.

Do you come to us?

Yes! All our work is performed on site.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. There are no additional charges for work performed within the Adelaide metro area. Contact us to discuss travel charges for other locations.

What brands of GPS tracking devices do you install?

We can install most brands of GPS telematics. Contact us to discuss whether we can install yours!

Do you install cruise control?

No, we do not install cruise control. We specialise in GPS telematics and camera systems. To excel in these areas we’ve had to say no to some others.
